The IVR Manager is a software tool developed by NextGen Consulting Services to assist clients in managing the file 'connection' between an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) vendor and NextGen. The IVR Manager has the ability to create export files and work with import files from chosen IVR vendors. Additionally, certain tasks such as automated execution, task creation and appointment date settings are managed.
It is an alternative to the Windows process manager with much more possibilites.
