The IVR Manager is a software tool developed by NextGen Consulting Services to help clients manage the connection between an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) vendor and NextGen. The IVR Manager can create export files and work with import files from chosen IVR vendors, as well as automate execution, create tasks, and set appointment dates.
